Wandsworth Community Centre is run by Wandsworth Community Association and is a registered charity in Northern Ireland. Charity No. 102245
Wandsworth Community Centre aims to provide a community space for programmes and activities as well as events throughout the year for the benefit of all local residents regardless of background or identity.
We’re incredibly proud of the volunteers who help keep Wandsworth running.
From singing songs at our toddler group to helping steward our annual lantern parade, there’s a wealth of opportunities to get involved in at Wandsworth!

Alison SMITH B.E.M
1959 - 2022
For many Wandsworth will remain forever synonymous with the late Alison Smith B.E.M
Alison was a dedicated volunteer and the driving force behind the development and success of Wandsworth Community Centre for over 25 years.
An inspiration to many, Alison was a fantastic advocate for the local community and worked tirelessly behind the scenes to offer experiences and opportunities to all who passed through Wandsworth’s doors.
Her dedication was honoured in 2020 when she was awarded the British Empire Medal in the Queen’s New Years Honours list.
